1. Add to Cart & Pay: Add this service to your cart and complete checkout.

2. Upload Your Image: Upload a high-quality photo of your pet. Let me know your pet’s name, preferred background colours, and any special details you’d like included.

3. Preview & Amendments: I’ll create your portrait and send you a preview. You can request any changes—amendments are free of charge!

4. Receive Your Portrait: Once you’re happy, I’ll email you the final digital portrait.

Additional Information

• Digital Artwork: These are custom, handmade digital portraits. If you select 'Digital Only', you will receive a high-quality JPEG file via email—no physical item will be posted.

• Turnaround Time: Portraits are completed within 5–10 business days. (Postage time applies for canvas orders.)

• Refund Policy: As each portrait is made to order, refunds are not available.

• Printing: Digital files can be printed at home or at your preferred print shop.
